Returning an item to Religiousmall is the responsibility of the client. Returns are accepted only for items in resellable condition of course. Please email us to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to ensure proper and timely refund. Mail the item to the address that you will be given in the email. We have several warehouses in Athens and Religiousmall and the return address depends on client convinience and type of return. Not all Religiousmall sender's addresses can handle customer returns. Do not return an item without first obtaining an RMA. Religiousmall may choose to offer refund shipping and handling costs as well. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged (25% for hand-crafted or special requested items) on returns that are not Religiousmall fault.

As our clients would testify, in the vast majority of cases we handle a return to the benefit and client's request and provide full product refunds. We have many times provided refunds without requesting a return.
